• Born 14th January 1980 - Bromsgrove.
• Played for Bromsgrove and Coventry Colts before joining Moseley.
• Colt of the year - 1997/8.
• England U19 & U21 squad and 5 caps for world junior championship in 1999.
• U21 player of the Year in 2000/0.
• 26 Appearances in 02/03, missing the start of only one game.
  
• Passed 100 first XV appearances milestone in 2003/4.
  
• Works as a manager with Moseley's Community programme, which coaches 1000's of youngsters, in schools throughout Birmingham.
